To this aim it expects Authors, Editors, and Reviewers to conform to international publishing standards of ethical behaviour.
Reviewers: Manuscripts under review will be treated as confidential documents. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review cannot therefore be used for personal advantage. Reviews should be conducted in depth, providing comments and suggestions to help authors improve their researches and their papers. Referee shall not accept to make a review on issues they are not qualified to deal with, and shall respect the schedule of the review. Reviewers should inform the editors and avoid to review submitted papers in case of conflicts of interests, which may result from established relationships with the author(s) or institutions connected to the papers.
